What separates a duty from an achievement
Most resume bullets describe the job that was assigned rather than what the person did with it. The sentence is usually recognizable by how it opens.

Questions
Does it write bullet points for me from scratch?
No, and that is deliberate. It rewrites bullets you have already written. A tool that produces bullets from a job title alone has nothing to work from except what is typical for that title, which means the result describes a stereotype of your job rather than your job. Paste what you actually did, in plain words, and it does the rest.
Will it invent numbers for my achievements?
It cannot. There is no AI model behind this page — it is a set of rules running in your browser, so there is nothing capable of producing a number. Where a metric would strengthen a line it inserts a placeholder like [X] or [X%] and asks you a specific question, such as how many clients. You supply the figure. An invented number does not fail at the screening stage; it fails in the interview, in front of the person who was going to hire you.
Is my resume data sent anywhere?
No. The tool runs entirely in your browser and there is no server behind it. Nothing you paste is transmitted, logged or stored, and it works with your network disconnected.
What does it actually change?
It removes job-description framing such as "responsible for" and "duties included", strips first person, promotes a leading gerund ("managing" becomes "Managed") to past tense while leaving present tense alone, which is correct for a job you still hold, names weak openers like "handled" and offers stronger alternatives for you to pick from — it does not swap the verb for you, because only you know which one is true — cuts filler and resume clichés, swaps vague quantities such as "several" for a placeholder, and flags bullets too long to be scanned. If a bullet is already strong it says so and leaves it alone.
